(CCI) is a career and human resource consulting firm that partners with businesses and workforce development entities to develop and implement career-enhancing solutions for diverse populations. Career Consciousness is a response to the shift away from the employment contract that provided a sense of job security. It focuses on the needs of workers helping them to experience a sense of control over their lives.
