Davis Associates Consulting Group, Inc. - Dolores Davis, Principal
Dolores A. Davis has extensive experience in organizational development,
training and management consulting. She has more than twenty years of
management level corporate experience with the Vanguard Group and with
Verizon Corporation. Her organizational focus is as an organizational
and management performance consultant, instructional designer and executive
coach.
Ms. Davis holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources from American University,
and a certification in Organization Systems Development from the Gestalt
Institute.

Janice Bergstresser has significant experiences in human resources
management holding senior level generalist positions at Chemical Bank,
Lockheed Martin and Bell Atlantic. Her organization’s focus is on performance

resources consultant. Janice is an expert in using the Birkman Method

Frederick V. Bryant, Ph.D., Principal
Frederick Bryant is experienced in diversity management training, organizational
and group assessments, executive coaching, team development strategic
planning, large and small group facilitation, culture change and management/leadership
development. He serves as an independent contractor for several internationally
known diversity firms, such Elsie Y. Cross Associates. Frederick was
an internal change consultant with CoreStates during its transition
to First Union.
Dr. Bryant has a Ph.D. in Group and Organizational Psychology from
Temple University and a certificate in Organizational Systems Design
and Development from the Gestalt Institute.

Marilyn D. Bryant, Principal
Marilyn Bryant is a licensed social worker with extensive experience
facilitating workshops for social workers, counselors and psychologists
in effective methods of engagement with economically disadvantaged populations.
She also facilitates diversity, team building stress management and
suicide prevention workshops.
Ms. Bryant is currently completing her dissertation for a Ph.D. in
Counseling Psychology; she also has a Masters in Social Work.
